Polish National Implementation of HL7 CDA ver. 0.9.9 in DECOR format

The draft Polish National Implementation guide for HL7 CDA version 0.9.9 has been published by Polish eHealth agency (CSIOZ) for review. The release has been generated from DECOR format, which is from now the official format of Polish HL7 v3 artifacts.
